Booking policy

Clients must book online using our booking system. You must give your own personal phone number and email address to book an appointment. A deposit must be paid to secure your appointment. All deposits are non refundable. Any enquires prior to appointment can be sent via email to ohmassiveaesthetics@gmail.com or by contacting us on any of our social media platforms @ohmassiveaesthetics.
Your consecutive visits can also be arranged while attending your procedure.

Please note children are not permitted on the premises and you must come alone to your appointment.

First Appointment

Prior to your visit you will receive an email containing the important information regarding preparation for your visit. Familiarise yourself with this document. A consultation form will be provided and must be complete in full. We ask for complete honestly when completing these forms for the safety of the client and practitioners. After your appointment, you will receive an email containing post treatment recommendations. Follow the information in this document to ensure you heal correctly. Your practitioner will be available to you if you have any concerns in relation to aftercare.

Cancellation policy

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours before your scheduled visit. If you fail to inform us in time, we will charge 50% of the service price, and if you do not show up to your appointment without informing us, or reschedule within 12 hours of your scheduled visit, we will charge 100% of the service price.

Late fee

A late fee will incur if the client is more than 15 minutes late, Oh Massive Aesthetics reserves the right to cancel any appointment more than 15 minutes late and charge 50% of the service from the card in which the deposit was paid. Please ensure to notify your practitioner if you are going to be late. Failure to do so may result in your appointment being cancelled and being banned from future appointments.

Salon Policy​

Animals are not allowed in the clinic. Alcohol, cigarettes & drugs of any sort are not allowed to be consumed on the premises and must not be consumed before appointments. Clients must come alone. Children are not permitted on the premises due to the nature of the services being carried out. Deposits must be paid to ensure appointment. Please keep personal hygiene in mind for yourself and your practitioner. Your practitioner reserves the right to refuse service at their discretion and the deposit will be forfeited. Practitioners will not be subjected to any verbal or physical abuse, this will result in being banned from future treatments.

Payment methods

Our clinic accepts payments in cash, Visa, or MasterCard. Money is to be transferred prior to the Appointment.

Treatment packages policy

Purchasing a whole course of procedures, you can benefit from a special offer. Prices on our website and social media are based on prepayment for a course of procedures.A whole course of procedures must be prepaid and is non refundable. During the first visit, a procedure schedule is designed. The date of each of these procedures can be moved. In order to change the date or time of your visit, you need to contact the clinic no later than 2 days before the appointment, otherwise the procedure will be lost. Purchased course of procedures can only be carried out within 3 months of the first procedure.One course of procedures can only be used by one person.

Return policy

Products purchased in our salon can be returned with a proof of purchase within 14 days. We only accept items in their original condition, unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, that is: suitable for sale. For legal reasons, skincare products need to be completely unopened, with an intact original packaging. We will check the condition of the product before processing the return or exchange. After the product(s) is accepted, we will return the amount you paid.

 

Gift vouchers policy

Vouchers are valid for 12 months after purchase. It cannot be transferred to any other person. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for money.Vouchers won in competitions are subjects to different rules – see competition policy.

 

Social media competition policy

Competition winners on our social media (facebook, instagram, twitter, etc.) have a month to claim their reward. The reward cannot be exchanged for cash, other product, procedure, or gift voucher.

Terms and conditions of offers

Offers are subjects to time limits and are only available in the described time frame.In case when there are no available appointments in the time of offer or when there are contraindications for a procedure that are a direct result of a previous procedure at our salon, which should subside only after the dates of the offer, there is a possibility of taking part in the offer after it finishes if the appointment is booked before it ends.
